Simulation, Immersive & Human Factors Group.

The Simulation, Immersive and Human Factors Group (SIHF) is a group with NHSE North East North Cumbria Workforce, Training and Education Faculty of Patient Safety (FPS). 

 

The group is dedicated to advancing patient safety through simulation, immersive technology, and human factors training. The group, meeting quarterly, serves as a collaborative platform for stakeholders and educators to share resources and information, aiming to improve patient care quality. It includes representatives from NHS Trusts, health education institutes, and various healthcare professionals, ensuring that national standards for simulation-based education are met and utilized for quality improvement and patient safety.
