Clinical Fellow in Simulation and Emergency Medicine

Applications are invited for an innovative post combining Simulation in Medical Education and Emergency Medicine at the University Hospital of North Tees.

The purpose of this innovative post is to allow a clinician to develop skills in both emergency medicine and medical simulation/education to develop medical education as a subspecialty interest.

This post has been designed primarily for EM trainees looking to take a year out between CT/ST3 and ST4. It would suit an individual with a serious interest in pursuing a career path incorporating medical education and clinical leadership although they would actively welcome applicants who are interested in a fun and productive “year out” post F2 with a “taster” for medical education and simulation.
