Merry Christmas from NESN
We have an exciting 2019 ahead of us with the launch of MELISSA at the begining of January with the appointment of the new Mobile Education Unit Manager. I hope to see many of you at Ramside Hall on the 8th January prior to MELISSA setting off on the roadshow.
The #icanpreventdelirium information and resources will be joining the NESN webpage in the New Year, recognising its place with the Faculty of Patient Safety.
North East Simulation Network Regional Event - Save the Date!
In addition, the North East Simulation Network has collaborated with Northumbria University alongside Health Education England North East and will be hosting its second event at the new Knowledge Exchange Hub at Northumbria University, Coach Lane Campus on Thursday 21st March 2019.
The theme for the event is Celebrating Collaboration, marking the huge progress we have made within the region since our last event in 2016.
The event will also include breakout sessions including the TECHnology Rooms in the main program, as well as undergraduate, multiprofessional project presentations, NESTFIG and Faculty Development sessions.
This will be another opportunity to see MELISSA if unable to make the launch or catch the bus on the roadshow opportunities.
Registration details will be released in the New Year and a call for abstracts to follow.
